Our online sessions are designed to help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including: Anxiety and stress management. Depression and low mood. Trauma and emotional overwhelm. Life transitions and relationship challenges. Building resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills. Whether you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or live far from mental health professionals, our virtual coaching provides a safe and confidential space to explore your mental well-being. Through evidence-based coaching, guidance, and mindfulness practices, our goal is to help you identify the root causes of your struggles, develop practical strategies, and thrive in everyday life. Booking & Cancelation Policy
Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise arranged. Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or the online booking link. A $25 consultation fee applies to all first-time appointments. For in-person sessions, bank transfer is the preferred payment method. If you are unable to complete a bank transfer, cash payments are accepted at the time of service. Please bring the exact amount. For virtual sessions, payment must be completed before the session begins via the website or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A $30 rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that late arrivals will still result in the session ending at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Receipts are available upon request.
