In these sessions, we provide a safe and confidential space where you can work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions. Our approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with relaxation and mindfulness practices to help you: Understand and process difficult emotions. Build coping skills for daily life. Improve your relationships and self-awareness. Develop a stronger sense of balance and resilience. Whether you’re seeking guidance for specific mental health concerns or looking for support in navigating life’s challenges, in-person therapy sessions are tailored to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
Booking & Cancelation Policy
Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise arranged. Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or the online booking link. A $25 consultation fee applies to all first-time appointments. For in-person sessions, bank transfer is the preferred payment method. If you are unable to complete a bank transfer, cash payments are accepted at the time of service. Please bring the exact amount. For virtual sessions, payment must be completed before the session begins via the website or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A $30 rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that late arrivals will still result in the session ending at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Receipts are available upon request.
